Section 1 Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdg 33 platform and all services operated under it. The definitions listed below carry the same meaning throughout this document.

• "Platform" — bdg 33's website, app and all related services.
• "Member" — any registered user who holds an active account.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, crash games and all other gaming activities.
• "Bonus" — promotional rewards, special offers and cashback benefits.
• "Balance" — the actual amount of money held in a member's account.

These Terms form a legal agreement between the bdg 33 platform and the member. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the member confirms that they have read all these terms in full and agree to comply with them.

Section 2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on the bdg 33 platform, a member must meet the following requirements. If any one of these conditions is not met, permission to create or use an account will not be granted.

1. The member must be at least 21 years old (for 21+ age requirement).
2. The member must have the legal right to participate in online gaming activities under applicable law.
3. Only one account is allowed per person.
4. Transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method — using an account on behalf of someone else or on behalf of a professional gambler is prohibited.
5. Members must provide their real identity, name, address and payment details — providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

bdg 33 may at any time request a member to submit a copy of their National ID card or passport for age or identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Section 3 Account Registration and Management

All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If a member's details change, they must notify the bdg 33 support team immediately.

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. bdg 33 will never ask for a password via email or chat. If you suspect your password has been compromised or that there has been unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each member is permitted only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any winnings obtained through bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

Before processing large withdrawals, bdg 33 may request the member to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process may require the member to submit proof of identity and payment method.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdg 33 handles financial transactions through convenient methods available in Bangladesh. Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered on the member's account. Withdrawals to third-party numbers or accounts are not permitted.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdg 33 runs various bonuses and promotional offers for members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules are set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Special Offers

bdg 33 provides weekly deposit rewards, weekend specials and other promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the Bonus page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed once only, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If an unusual betting pattern aimed at gaining bonuses is detected — such as low-risk opposing bets or account coordination — the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus has an expiry period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• bdg 33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time without reason.

Section 6 Gaming Rules

bdg 33 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting and fishing games. All games are operated using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed when the game loads. Bet limits on certain games may be lower while a bonus balance is active.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error, network disconnection or server issue occurs during a game, the affected bet may be declared void and the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. bdg 33 reserves the right to take appropriate action in respect of any payout resulting from a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds on sports bets may change before a match starts. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final; any subsequent changes do not apply. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with bdg 33's sports betting rules.

Section 7 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All members must use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated methods to place bets or conduct gaming activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account or obtain anyone's information without authorisation.
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's code or software.
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts under the same identity or on the same device to claim bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other members or colluding during games.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, bdg 33 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit any balance obtained unlawfully.

Section 8 Security and Data Protection

bdg 33 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect members' personal and financial information. Full details on how data is collected, stored and used are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

Section 9 Limitation of Liability

bdg 33 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the member's device.
• Account information being exposed due to the member's own negligence.
• Third-party payment processing delays that are outside bdg 33's control.
• Financial loss by the member as a result of gaming — members play of their own volition and at their own risk.

bdg 33 endeavours to maintain service quality; however, if a temporary service disruption occurs for any reason, bdg 33 will not be obliged to pay compensation unless the fault is directly attributable to the platform and the member submits a claim with supporting evidence.

Section 10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may submit a written request to the support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and the balance must be withdrawn subject to any applicable wagering requirements. 10.2 Suspension or Closure by bdg 33

bdg 33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Due to legal obligations.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.

The valid balance of a permanently closed account (subject to bonus-related terms) will be returned to the member; however, any amount obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

Section 11 Changes to Terms

bdg 33 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree with the new terms, they may request to close their account. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.
